Where do you collect the waste from on the property
Waste Collections are from kerbside only (meaning front or rear of properties with easy access), drives, or gardens etc. or similar. We do not enter properties to remove collections of waste. That is a furniture/removal service which we can provide at an hourly rate of £30 per hour between the hours of 8am-7pm.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No Call Out charged just one item minimum cost to attend, if your unsure.
Do you let us know when your going to arrive?
Yes one of the CMS Clearaway team will call between 1 hour to 30 mins before arrival.
How is the rubbish / waste disposed of?
On average 94% of the waste avoids landfill through reuse, energy recovery from waste, and recycling.
Our man & van collection typically creates less than half the carbon footprint of a skip
Do you collect carpets / flooring?
We can collect Carpets and flooring, tyres from garden or sheds.
Do you take down sheds / wooden garages?
We can dismantle and dispose of sheds and small wooden garages. A £30 hourly rate charge will be incurred.
